All digital products, including checklists, mood boards, and templates, are non-refundable once downloaded. If you have any issues accessing your files, please contact us—we’re happy to help.

 

Service AppointmentsAppointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

If canceled within 48 hours, refunds are not guaranteed, but rescheduling is available one time at no charge.Full-Service Styling Packages.

All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another project.

For cancellations after a project has started, partial refunds will be considered based on progress completed.
